Images on your site can play a big role in the look and feel you want to extend to your visitors. Also, by naming your images accurately your search engine ranking can be improved.
|Source - The Source section provides you with the URL reference to your image on the web. This is the same URL reference found in your File Manager. The URL will not be visible until you actually select the image file.
Title - Whatever is typed in the Title field, will appear when a visitor moves their cursor over the image. Search engines factor the title (Alt tag) of your images when determining your rank, so be sure to name your images relevant to your site's contents.
Alignment - At the bottom of the Image interface, you will see a preview of how the inserted image will be aligned in your content area. Click the Alignment drop-down menu to choose an alignment that best suits your needs.
Border - Border is an option that enables a frame surrounding your image. Click the Border Style button to enter the Border Style interface. Choose a border from the first section, then choose a pixel width from the next section. The third section lets you choose how the border will be displayed. Lastly, click on the Pick button from the color section to choose a color for your border.
Width & Height - Enter a numeric value in the Width & Height fields to resize your image to the desired pixel size. Note: Changing the size of your image can affect the quality of your image after it has been inserted.
Spacing - This option places an invisible margin around your image. Enter a numerical value in the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right fields to enable. Any changes using the Spacing option will appear in the preview window at the bottom of the Image interface.
